Salon Policies


In order to receive your full service, we highly recommend that you arrive to your appointment 10 minutes early. We also suggest scheduling your next appointment prior to leaving Swerve Salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.

We strive to run on time so that we can ensure the quality your service. If you are running 15 minutes or more past your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule so that we can avoid running into another guest’s scheduled time.  A $25 rescheduling fee may be applied to your next service.

  • We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles.
  • Please keep all valuable items with you during your service.
  • Please advise our staff of any allergies or sensitivities you may have.
  • We are considered a team here at Swerve Salon. If for any reason you are uncomfortable with the service provider you have reserved, another team member can be made available to you.


Please note: A credit card is required to secure any service at Swerve Salon.

Should you need to cancel or change the date of your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, or a cancellation fee of half the price of the services will be charged to your credit card on file.

You will be charged the full service price for missing your appointment without any notice.


All posted pricing is the starting rate and may increase due to the length, thickness, and condition of your hair.  Your stylists will give you a more accurate quote once they’ve had the opportunity to speak with you and provide assessment.


Swerve Salon only accepts cash gratuities for our service providers. Some stylists have Venmo for convenience (please ask the front desk about your specific stylist).  

Methods of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We do not accept personal checks nor third party checks.

Due to increased third party processing fees a CC SURCHAGE is added to all guest checks that are paid with credit cards.

Redo Policy

Our number one priority is ensuring our client’s leave happy.  If you are in anyway disappointed with the results of your service, we want to know!  Please call the salon within 10 days and we will work to get you back in asap.  All redos must be done within 2 weeks of your initial service date.
